Noa Tzur. Artist. Photographer. Active for over a decade. Having studied in a prestigious art school for 3 years ,as well as assisted several known photographers which she considers her mentors. Noa photographs in black & white -  part film, part digital. Her photographs are untouched or photoshopped - everything that appears in the image is made in real time and on shoot. 

For Noa, photography is not just an artistic tool but an existential technique – a bridge between worlds of conflict, between rage and beauty, between the here and now and what remains forever. As she swims in the whirlpool of modern life, the camera serves as a means for her to capture moments of silence and visual poetry, one that seems to have been pulled from another era.

In the creative process, Noa penetrates the photographed body, merges with it and observes the world through it. She directs the image, changes it - and allows herself to change with it. Through disassembly and reassembly, she creates staged characters and dramatic scenes full of life and movement.


Noa Tzur exhibited in a number of group exhibitions, and most recently had her first solo exhibition, followed by yet another solo exhibition, showcasing her work.
